Waleska, Ga. – The North Greenville women’s basketball team fell to 3-6 on the season after losing a tough match to Reinhardt College on Saturday afternoon 68-54.

The Lady Crusaders were once again lead by senior guard Whitney Smith who accounted for 13 points and 7 rebounds. North Greenville struggled shooting tonight shooting only 29 percent from the field making only 19 of 64 shots. The Crusaders struggled from the 3 point line as well going 6 0f 22 which was good enough for 27.3 percent.

“It was a frigid gym and we had frigid shooting” said coach Jayne Arledge, “we had a hard time putting it in the basket. We just have to work harder and get our game back on track because we are not playing as well as can play.” The Lady Crusaders will play two more games before they go on break. The team will play at home on December 15th at 5:30 pm and on December 17th on the road to Gafney to take on Limestone at 5:30pm.
