TIGERVILLE, SC- Amanda Milner and Eboni Davis combined for 39 points as North Greenville defeated Morris College 85-63 Monday night in Hayes Gymnasium. The win improves NGU to 14-10 on the season, while Morris falls to 6-17.
The Crusaders shot 42.1% in the first half to take a 37-22 lead into the locker room. In the second half, NGU led by as many as 22 at three different points in the period, including at the final buzzer. North Greenville shot 42.3% for the game.
Milner led all scorers with 20 points on 8-12 shooting. Davis hit 8-14 shots to score 19 points. Robin Warner and Nikki Wood added 11 and ten points respectively.
Evoney Shaw and Latoya Singleton each score 12 points to lead the Lady Hornets. Amii Rodgers and April Drakeford each chipped in ten points.
North Greenville will be back in action tomorrow night as they host Brevard College in Hayes Gymnasium. Tip-off is set for 5:30 p.m.
