Andrew Aulick enters his seventh season as head coach of the North Greenville University men’s soccer program in 2026. Since taking over in 2020, Aulick has guided the Trailblazers to four consecutive Conference Carolinas Tournament appearances and established a culture of consistency, resilience, and competitiveness. His leadership has produced multiple all-conference selections and, in 2025, the program’s most successful season to date.

That year, NGU set a new program record with 11 wins, captured its first-ever Northwest Division title, and advanced to the Conference Carolinas playoff finals for the first time in school history. Under Aulick’s guidance, the Trailblazers have also earned their only Conference Player of the Year honors, with Gareth Greene named Offensive Player of the Year in 2021 and Ricardo Marques earning Defensive Player of the Year in 2025. Marques was additionally selected to the Second Team All-Region in the Southeast Region, further underscoring the program’s rise under Aulick’s leadership.

Aulick began his coaching career as head coach of the Buchholz High School boys varsity program in Gainesville, Florida, where he compiled a 76-20-16 record over five seasons. He led the team to a state Final Four, a regional championship, and its first district title in more than a decade. The program finished with a Top 10 national ranking in 2012–13 according to MaxPreps. During this time, Aulick was nominated and served as the FACA Florida North State All-Star Boys Head & Assistant Coach (2011–2013) and was named All-County Coach of the Year in 2012–13 and 2013–14. He also served as a staff coach for Gainesville Soccer Alliance from 2009–2014.

After relocating to the Greenville area in 2014, Aulick worked with Carolina FC in Spartanburg, serving as head coach for the 00 Boys and 98 Girls teams from 2015–2017. His 98 Girls team finished third in the state in 2015 and second in 2016, while also competing in the Southern Regional Premier League, where they earned a runner-up finish — one of the best showings in club history.

Aulick holds an Advanced National Diploma from the NSCAA and a National License from the USSF. As a player, he captained his high school team to a Florida state championship in 2002 and went on to play collegiately for the University of Florida Club team from 2003–2007, where he was a four-year starter. The Gators won the Florida Collegiate League in 2005–2007 and were Southeast Regional finalists, finishing in the national Top 25 in 2005.
Outside of coaching, Aulick serves as Coordinator for the Upstate Adult Soccer League. He and his wife, Marissa, have three children: daughter Ariella and sons Judah and Callum.
