The North Greenville Trailblazers were unable to overcome a double-digit deficit this evening in Young Harris, Georgia, falling to the Mountain Lions of Young Harris College with a final score of 77-66. NGU grabbed a quick three point lead, but the Mountain Lions would take over, leading by as much as twelve and going into half time with a 38-20 lead. Young Harris would hold onto a manageable lead throughout the second half. North Greenville was able to cut the lead down to seven with 6:02 remaining, but YHC would quickly respond by opening the lead back up to double digits and would ultimately end things with a double-digit victory. For the game, North Greenville shot .429 from the field. Second chance points proved to be a factor as ten offensive rebounds led to 14 second chance points for the Mountain Lions while 3 offensive rebounds led to just two second chance points for NGU. North Greenville did lead in points off turnovers 11-3.
