Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Trailblazers had a tough day on the court as they fell to the Mountain Lions of Young Harris College with a final score of 66-38 at Hayes Gymnasium. NGU converted just twelve total field goals and finished with a .222 field goal percentage. The struggles continued in three point territory as the Trailblazers made just three out of twenty-one shots from behind the arc. The loss put North Greenville at 4-13 overall with a 4-7 record in conference play.
Maliyiah Mason nearly completed a double-double, finishing with ten assists and seven points.
Ja'Mari Frederick also posted seven points as well as two rebounds, an assist, and a steal.
Mia Wysong recorded six points, six rebounds, and three assists.
NGU will return to action on Tuesday, January 28th against the Tornado of King University in Bristol, Tennessee.
