Tigerville, SC - North Greenville came through with a second consecutive five set victory, defeating the Barton College Bulldogs 3-2 this afternoon at Hayes Gymnasium. After taking the opening set comfortably, Barton put a scare into the Crusaders by narrowly winning sets two and three. North Greenville would fight back in set four, winning it to force a fifth set. Neither team would lead in set five by more than two. Barton held a one point lead late in the final set, but the Crusaders would fight back to win the final three points to win the set as well as the match. NGU dominated the match in blocks 15-4 and also led in service aces 4-2.
