Recap
- Limestone would start the match with two seperate 4-1 runs to take a 9-4 lead. NGUÂ would respond with a 4-1 run of their own. North Greenville would draw within two points, but Limestone was able to finish off the opening set with a 25-21 win.
- A competitive set 2 saw the Crusaders with a narrow lead early on. A 5-2 run by Limestone put North Greenville behind by four. However, an 8-2 run by NGU put them ahead by a point. Extra points would be required, but the Crusaders were able to score three straight points to end the set, taking it 27-25.
- The Saints began set 3 with the momentum, scoring the first four points. However, NGU would slowly but surely make up for the deficit, and would go on to put together a 6-0 run that included two blocks by Jackson Gilbert and Emanuel Adames. From there, the two teams remained neck and neck for the remainder of the set. Again, extra points were needed, but again North Greenville would come through to win the third set 27-25.
- Set four saw North Greenville jump out to a commanding 11-5 lead. Limestone would slowly cut into the NGU lead to draw within three. However, North Greenville was able to put together a late 6-2 run to ultimately take the final set 25-18.
