Tigerville, SC - Megan Biehl came through for the Crusaders off the bench with the only goal of the match to lead the Crusaders past the Chowan Hawks 1-0. North Greenville now holds a 5-2 Conference Carolinas record, which puts them in sole possession of 2nd place in the regular season standings.

1st Half

NGU began the match as the aggressors by putting up the first two shots of the match. Both teams would have several opportunies throughout the half, but the match would remain scoreless at the half. Late in the half, Madison Kelly was charged with her first yellow card of the season. Both teams recorded six shots each in the half, but only three shots were on goal with NGU recording two.

2nd Half

The action slowed down in the second half with both teams recording just four shots each. However, Megan Biehl came through with her fourth goal of the season in the 79th minute, which would end up being the game-winner. Brianna Rowe would only have to save one shot in the half to preserve the shutout.
