Crusaders Take Down Ga. Tech In First Home Scrimmage

Tigerville, SC - Men's volleyball is officially underway in Tigerville as the North Greenville University men's basketball team has been in action for the last two weeks.

The North Greenville men's team has begun its inaugural fall season by winning the Georgia Tech University tournament last weekend, and they also downed Georgia Tech 3-0 in Tigerville last night. NGU will host Clemson University Wednesday, Nov. 19 (7:00 p.m.) and the University of Georgia on Saturday, Nov. 22 (4:00 p.m.) in Hayes Gym.

The Crusaders begin their first official season with two matches against top 5 ranked NCAA Division I program Pepperdine University on Jan. 3 at 7:00 p.m. at the brand new Upward Sports Star Center in Spartanburg. NGU will also host the Waves and Olympic Gold Medal winning head coach Marv Dunphy on Monday, Jan. 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Hayes Gym in Tigerville.
