North Greenville had a successful meet at the Gamecock Opener in Columbia, South Carolina. The Crusaders achieved three top 20 finishes including a top ten finish as well as a handful of personal bests.

Tevin Richardson posted a time of 21.42 seconds for 8th place in the 200 Meter Dash.

Jackson Junkins put together a 13th place finish in the 400 Meter Dash, recording a time of 48.49 seconds. He also took place in the 200 Meter Dash with a 24th place finish and a time of 22.16 seconds.

JJ Sherman recorded a 14th place position in the 200 Meter Dash, posting a time of 21.74 seconds.

Victor Shellhammer competed in the 1 Mile Run. He posted a time of 4:30.69. He also competed in 3000 Meters with a 26th place finish and a time of 9:13.34, a career personal best.

Amir McCall set an indoor personal best in the 800 Meter Dash with a time of 2:00.32. He also set a career personal best in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 51.35 seconds.

Clay Knight set a career personal best in 3000 Meters, recording a time of 9:41.15.

Samuel Flook also set a career personal best in the 3000 Meter event. He posted a time of 10:00.97.

Hawk Jacobs set a new personal best in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 24.46 seconds.

NGU will return to action on Friday, January 31st in the Buccaneer Invitational in Johnson City, Tennessee.
