Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville University Men's and Women's Tennis teams have released their schedules for the 2015/2016 tennis season. Both tennis teams will return from their summer break the third week of August and begin their off-season tennis practices and conditioning workouts the following week.
On September 11th, the Men's and Women's Tennis teams will travel to Sumter, SC, to compete in their first off-season tournament at the Palmetto Tennis Center. Two weeks later, both tennis teams will play at home and compete in a double header against Newberry College and Spartanburg Methodist College. The tennis Crusaders will wrap up their Fall off-season with an away match against Mars Hill University on October the 8th, 2015.
The official start to the 2016 spring tennis season will be on February the 13th as the Crusaders take on Francis Marion University at Vance Tennis Complex. The first away tennis match will be on February the 18th against NCAA Division 1 tennis team, Wofford College. The Men's and Women's Tennis teams will be playing their next five matches at home against Tusculum College (February the 25th), Young Harris College (March the 2nd), Brevard College (March the 17th), Lees-McRae College (March the 18th), and King University (March the 19th).
During the weekend of March the 22nd and the 23rd, the Crusaders will be traveling to Emmanuel College and Carson-Newman College. The following week, the Crusaders will be playing at home against three important conference teams: Southern Wesleyan University (March the 29th), Pfeiffer University (April the 1st), and Belmont Abbey University (April the 2nd). The Men's and Women's Tennis teams will be finishing their season by playing away matches against some of the top tennis teams in the Conference Carolinas: University of Mount Olive (April the 8th), Barton College (April the 9th), Limestone College (April the 11th), and Erskine College (April the 23rd).
The Crusaders will end their tennis season at the Conference Carolinas Tennis Tournament in Sumter, SC, on April the 28th-30th, 2016.
