Clinton, S.C.-- The NGU Men's Tennis Team dropped its sixth consecutive match on Friday night after a 7-0 loss to Division I Presbyterian College.

The Crusaders were overwhlemed by the Bluehose who swept through double's play to take a 1-0 lead over NGU. Jose Gomez and Sergio Araujo fell 8-1 in the first doubles match of the day while Sjors van Eck and Marcelo Yshikawa lost 8-4. Presbyterian wrapped up the sweep with an 8-2 win over Santiago Robles and Alejandro de la Torre.

The Crusaders continued to struggle in singles play as the Hose wrapped up the non-conference win. PC took the first two singles matches with scores of 6-2/6-2 and 6-3/6-1 to take a 3-0 lead. The Bluehose took the win witha 6-3/6-1 in the third singles match.

The Crusaders to 7-12 on the season with two more matches left in the regular season. NGU will host Limestone College on April 14th at 3pm at the Vance Tennis Complex.
