Men's Tennis Team Falls Short

Mobile, AL – North Greenville University Men’s Tennis Team has seen itself as a NCCAA championship winner for the 8th time after the winning Campbellsville University in the semi-final 5-4.

Men’s tennis team has been practicing for this championship really hard, especially from the mental side because every player has had in the head to see himself and the team as a winner of NCCAA National Tennis Championships. “All my tennis matches during this season have been the preparation for this tournament and now it is time to bring the victory back to North Greenville University,” said number one player of NGU Timur Kamilov. However, North Greenville University Men’s tennis team lost in the final with Palm Beach Atlantic Men’s tennis team 5-0. “I am really satisfied with my guys after this final not because they lost, but because they were competing at this tournament as a team and trying to give everything they could,” said men’s and women’s tennis coach Mark Elliot.
