NGU MEN'S TENNIS COMES UP SHORT AT LANDER

Greenwood, S.C.-- Thursday afternoon, the Crusaders traveled to Greenwood to battle the Lander Bearcats and came up short dropping the match 9-0.

Luis Campos (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Timur Kamilov (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) were winning their double before Campos hurt his ankle and unfortunately had to forfeit his double and single matches.  Head Coach Mark Elliot stated, "We fought hard and competed well. We just weren't as good as them."  The men will play again at home on February 16 against King College at 2 p.m.
