Strong play for Kamilou but a still upset for the Crusaders

In North Carolina today, at Wingate University, the Men’s tennis team battled the Bulldogs in the bitter cold but lost 2 - 7. Wingate who has moved up to 9-4 after today’s win has usually been, and was today, a very tough competitor.

Despite today’s tough outcome, Timur Kamilou’s performance deserves serious recoginition. Kamilou not only won doubles with his partner Gabriel Altmayer but also fought hard and succeeded in his singles match as well. Kamilou softly topped his opponent in both matches for two hard earned victories, especially his singles match with a score of 7-5 and 7-6 against Bruno Pudence of Wingate at the number one singles slot.
