Men's Soccer Shut Out By King College

Bristol, TN – The North Greenville men’s soccer team dropped its second straight road game in conference after a 4-0 loss to King College on Wednesday night.


King (3-7-1, 3-5 in conference) dominated on both sides of the ball with four half goals and outshooting the Crusaders 24-12 on the night.

The Tornado scored goals in the 10th, 17th, 19th and 39th minutes to secure their third victory of the season.

Keeper Justen Braddock recorded eight saves before a red card in the 73rd minute forced him out of the game. Caleb Mitchell totaled three saves in relief.

The Crusaders (6-6, 5-4) will have a week to prepare before ending their five-game road trip in Taccoa Falls, GA against Taccoa Falls College at 7 p.m.
