Eric Liddy signs on as men's lacrosse graduate assistant

Tigerville, S.C. – Head men’s lacrosse coach Corey Struss rounded out his coaching staff with the hiring of Eric Liddy as the program’s next graduate assistant.

Liddy comes to North Greenville from Louisville, Kentucky where he played for Bellarmine University, a Division I program associated with the Southern Conference. The New York native played for the knights from 2015 – 2018 and was voted the team’s captain for his senior Campaign in 2018.

In his time as a player, Liddy was a two-time recipient of the SoCon Commissioner’s medal (2016, 2017), an academic honor which recognizes student-athletes who played a varsity sport and maintained a 3.5-grade point average (or higher) while passing at least 24 hours of classes in two semesters. Liddy also tacked on a pair of Academic All-Conference nods and the Nicholas Colleluori HEADStrong Award in 2017.

Liddy also brings a handful of coaching experience to Tigerville, working with the Lafayette schools in New York as well as with L4 Field and Box lacrosse in Kentucky. Liddy graduated from Bellarmine in 2018 with a degree in Communication and Sports Administration.
