Tigerville, S.C. – North Greenville’s Evan Gfeller finished up the fall portion of his senior year ranked 21st in the country in NCAA Division II golf according to Golfstat.com.
The Florida native finished the fall with a scoring average of 70.82 and led North Greenville with a pair of wins as well as a sixth-place finish and a 14th place finish. In the team’s four tournaments this fall, he shot six rounds at or under par with a low round of 65 coming in the first trip of the season.
Gfeller is currently the only golfer from the Conference Carolinas in the top-25 of the first set of Golfstat.com rankings. As a team, the Crusaders sit at 34th as a team.
