Men's golf takes third at Brevard

The tournament concluded under great conditions for the second day.  Limestone College took first with a 298 for the second day and a 589 total. Brevard came in second with a 296-595 and NGU took third with a 301-597. Mars Hill College and Spartanburg Methodist College rounded out the top five, with scores of 299-602 and 301-605 respectively.
 
Individually, the Crusaders all played very well. Brandon Coggins had a 71-75-146, Brad Caldwell shot a 73-75-148, Harrison Martin got an 80-74-154, Andrew Beck contributed a 73-77-150 and Richard Smith finished with a 79-82-161.
 
The men will be home next month, April 6-7, for the BMW Intercollegiate.
