CRUSADERS POST THIRD PLACE FINISH AT CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Concord, N.C.—The North Greenville men’s cross country team continued its impressive season on Friday evening, finishing in third place at the Conference Carolinas championships in Concord, North Carolina.

The Crusaders finished with an average time of 27:06.8, one minute behind second place King University, and two minutes behind first place finisher Mount Olive College. NGU was once again paced by sophomore Ahmad Nesbitt who finished second overall with a time of 24:55.

Brett Morley rounded out the top five with a time of 25:29. The top thee finish is NGU’s 4th in five races, including two first place finishes. The Crusaders will prepare for the NCAA Southeast regional on November 9th
