Tigerville, SC - The NGU men's basketball program is thrilled to welcome Kriston Beasley from Concord, North Carolina. Beasley comes to North Greenville by way of Wallace State CC where he played for two seasons.

Kriston experienced both individual and team success at Wallace State. During his first year at Wallace State they won a conference title and went on to the National Tournament. It was during his second season where Kriston made a name for himself earning 2nd team all region while averaging 11 ppg.

Before heading to Wallace State CC, Beasley graduated from First Assembly Christian School in North Carolina. His senior year he was named Player of the Year in the conference while leading his team to the State title game. He lead the county in scoring (25 ppg) on his way to an all-conference, all-county, and all-state senior campaign.

Coach Lister on Kriston: "From the moment Kriston and his family visited our campus, we knew he would be a great fit for our program. We knew Kriston could score but he has really excelled on the defensive end and we are counting on him to make an impact this season."

Kriston on North Greenville: "I chose to come to NGU because of their great past few seasons and their great coaching staff. I felt like Coach Lister and Coach Milner not only cared about me as a basketball player but as a person, too. I would like to thank God for the many blessings he's gave me to get where I am now. My family is also who I would like to thank for supporting me in everything I do and I would be here without them."
