CRUSADERS DROP LAST EXHIBITION GAME TO KENNESAW STATE

Atlanta, Ga.—
The NGU men’s basketball team lead for the first 27 minutes of Friday night’s exhibition game against Kennesaw State but would go on to lose the game 89 to 79 to the Owls.

Individually the Crusaders were lead by sophomore forward Paul Harrison who lead all scorers with 31 points. Other leading scorers for North Greenville were forward Luke Lattimer (16) and forward Kyler Vitko (15). “I felt like the guys played extremely hard tonight” said head coach Chad Lister “we lead a majority of the game and had a chance to win we just couldn’t pull it out.”
The NGU Men’s team will open up the 2009-2010 regular season on Monday night with a home game against Toccoa Falls at 7pm in Hayes Gymnasium.
