Tigerville, S.C. - North Greenville football will host a camp specifically designed for quarterbacks, wide receivers, and skill players on 9th-11th.
This camp is designed for rising 9th-12th graders and offers participants the opportunity to grow as a football player and as a man. Campers will learn the skills necessary to excel at their given position in a Christian environment. Players will receive one-on-one instruction from North Greenville coaches but also have the opportunity to be mentored by members of NGU's Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
The quarterback's camp is an individual instructional camp that is designed to work on each camper's individual needs. Players and coaches will work on improving throwing techniques, footwork, reading defenses, and improving accuracy. Because of the design of this camp, only the first quarterbacks registered will be accepted.
Receivers will focus on all aspects of developing players into a complete receiver. Campers will learn drills and techniques designed to improve basic fundamentals including line release, defeating pass coverage, and improved pass catching.
Defensive backs will focus on techniques designed to improve play in the secondary. Players will work on developing proper footwork, improving coverage, and improving run support. DB's will also compete one-on-one with wide receivers.
