Crusaders crowd the top ten in NCAA stats; remain #1 in Don Hansen poll
Andre Bernardi is ranked #1 in D-II in tackles for a loss

TIGERVILLE, SC- North Greenville remains #1 among NCCAA teams for the fifth consecutive week by Don Hansen's National Weekly Football Gazette. The Crusaders also moved up into the top ten in several NCAA statistical categories according to the latest statistics released.

The Crusaders boast the third best offense among 143 NCAA Division II teams, averaging 459.4 yards per game. North Greenville's rushing attack is ranked 7th (228.6 ypg), while the Crusaders come in at 8th in scoring offense (36.4 ppg). North Greenville's rushing defense is 22nd in the nation, allowing only 81.1 yards per game.

Andre Bernardi leads a group of five Crusaders ranked in the top 35 in various individual categories. Bernardi tops the nation in tackles for a loss with 2.5 per game. He is also ranked 7th in pass sacks with 1.2 per game.

Quarterback Eric Moeller and running backs Rashad Cummings and Matt Moore are ranked in two categories each, while wide receiver Travis Talbert is ranked in three. Moeller is 20th in passing efficiency (149.6 rating) and 33rd in total offense (220.6 ypg). Cummings is 28th in rushing (97.4 ypg) and 17th in scoring (8.6 ppg). His counterpart in the backfield, Moore, is 34th in rushing (83.3 ypg) and 32nd in all-purpose yards (127.3 ypg). Talbert is 23rd in receiving yards per game (84.4), 34th in receptions per game (5.4), and 34th in punt return yardage (11.3 ypr).
