Dedicated on May 8, 2015, the Sam and Angie Kelly Strength and Conditioning Center is the hub of North Greenville Student Athlete performance. The 5,000square foot facility is located in the Athletic Complex and is designed to accommodate weight and strength training for 500+ NGU student-athletes. The facility features Sorinex strength and weightlifting equipment, including customized premium power racks, pull-up rings, squat stands, barbells, and plates.

North Greenville student athletes are among the best-conditioned athletes in all of Conference Carolinas and all of college athletics. Living by the mantra “Win every rep”, the Crusaders train for success, and it shows on the playing field. NGU teams have claimed three championships in the last two seasons, including a 2014 NCCAA Victory Bowl title and two Conference Carolinas championships in men’s basketball and baseball. NGU Track & Field has also claimed several league titles including pole vault, long jump, and triple jump.

Head strength and conditioning coach Andre Bernardi and his staff, including his wife Katitlyn, claim more than 10-certifications in the field of athletic performance and strength & conditioning. The Crusader Strength program prepares athletes for success on the field as well as in life.
