NGU Baseball announced earlier today that it will host its Winter Prospect Camp on Saturday, November 16th, 2019.
This camp is for serious High School or Junior College players looking to take their game to the next level. Each player will have the opportunity to take batting practice on Ray & Bea Dillard Field, go through a pro-style workout, offensive rotations, and throw pens to showcase their skills.
Each player's skills will be analyzed by Head Coach and former Major League Baseball player Landon Powell, Pitching Coach and former Major League Pitcher Jon Coutlangus, and staff. The cost of the camp will be $150.
The last two seasons, North Greenville University’s baseball program has compiled 91 wins while consistently ranked #1 in the National polls. NGU will look to build on a season that included an abundance of accolades, including Conference Carolinas Champions, Conference Tournament Champions, regional champions, and hosting a super-regional as the #1 seed.
Coach Powell and staff are looking for the next rising star to insure the continued success of the program. This is a great opportunity for players to get professional instruction, visit the campus, and meet the NGU staff.
