Central, S.C. - North Greenville held steady at the top of the Conference Carolinas race on Saturday completing the sweep of Southern Wesleyan with wins of 18-3 and 14-6.

Nathaniel Maggio put North Greenville up early in the first inning with a three run homer. The first inning dinger was Maggio's sixth of the season and set the tone for NGU's game out offensive outburst.

Maggio would also plate the first run of NGU's seven run third inning with a single that platted David Houser. Foley George would single home Maggio to give NGU a 5-0 lead. Bennette Hill would deliver the big blow in the frame as he delivered NGU's second three-run homer of the game. Hill's homer scored Josh Black and Andrew Frazier and gave the Crusaders a 10-0 lead.
