Baseball uses 7-run third to down Fairmont State

TIGERVILLE, SC- North Greenville University scored seven runs in the third inning as the Crusaders coasted by Fairmont State 11-1 Friday afternoon. The Crusaders improve to 6-8 on the season, while FSU falls to 0-3. The Crusaders and the Falcons will play a doubleheader tomorrow beginning at noon.

Dylan Davidson pitched seven innings, striking out six batters, to pick up his third win of the season. Todd Dillon took the loss for the Falcons.

Mike Reis went 3 for 5 with two RBI for North Greenville. Chris Tate and Kyle Baron each added two RBI for the Crusaders.
