The North Greenville Crusader Club will host the 30th annual Crusader Club Golf Classic on April 12, 2017 at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, in Travelers Rest, South Carolina.
Proceeds raised during the tournament, at one of South Carolina’s finest golf courses, will be used to create scholarships for over 450 NCAA Division II student-athletes in 19 athletic programs at NGU, 18 of which compete in the Conference Carolinas. North Greenville’s football program will also have a new home beginning in the fall of 2018 as it becomes a full member of the Gulf South Conference; a conference widely regarded as the toughest Division-II football conference.
North Greenville University was recently recognized in an article by Christian Universities Online as the fifth best Christian University in the United States. The school was also ranked in the top 40 universities and colleges in the country by Newsmax, which ranks schools with conservative values.
A wide array of prizes and gifts will be provided for participants, including a pre-owned automobile (sponsored by Dick Brooks Honda) to one lucky golfer closest to the pin on a par three. The tournament is seeking sponsors for this beneficial event. Those interested can contact Micah Sepko to obtain more information at (864) 977-7187, or email@example.com
