FORMER STANDOUT ANDRE' BERNARDI NAMED FIRST STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COORDINATOR
Andre Bernardi broke the NCAA record for tackles for loss while playing at NGU.

Tigerville, S.C.—Andre Bernardi, the former standout defensive lineman and 2010 Graduate of North Greenville University has been tabbed the schools first Strength and Conditioning Coordinator; The new hire was recently announced by Athletic Director Jan McDonald.

Bernardi worked as a graduate assistant for the athletic department for the past two years. In past the past year, Bernardi has worked with the women’s basketball team, softball team and football team at North Greenville as well as the volleyball team.

“I am extremely excited and blessed to be the first strength and conditioning coach at North Greenville,” remarked Bernardi. “ I am really looking forward to working with the teams and to the best of my ability, I will help them get bigger, stronger and faster, while helping them succeed on the field and court.”

Bernardi is currently a USA-Weightlifting (USAW) certified trainer. He is also persuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
