There are many exciting things happening on campus to celebrate the first week of athletic competition and the Grand Opening of the North Greenville College Athletic Complex. Dr. William Mitchell, Executive Director of the Athletic Foundation, will use Wednesday's Chapel service to show appreciation to those who made the dream of an on-campus athletic complex a reality. David Smith, pastor at Enoree Baptist Church in Travelers Rest, SC will speak on "Rise Up and Build" from Nehemiah 2:18. All those people who donated money, time, resources, work, etc. will be recognized.

North Greenville students will get ready for some football on Friday night with a "Cavalier Crush Pep Rally" on the lawn outside the new Tingle Student Center. Student Services will also host a tailgate on Saturday at the Stadium.

Then, at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, there will be a dedication of the stadium and the Athletic Complex. It will be dedicated to the building of Godly and moral character in North Greenville student-athletes.
